technical qualities
RAPHAEL MADREPERLATO is a special finish based on lime putty pearly effect. Applied on Raffaello Decor Stucco by Oikos product ensures maximum breathability of the support and favors the natural diffusion of humidity through the plaster and masonry, thus avoiding the time the formation of mold and bacteria. A low odor, non-flammable, and environmentally friendly.
Areas of application
Wall decoration, interior furnishings, laminated surfaces, PVC metal, wood.
Surface preparation
Clean the surface and apply a coat of fixative Primer by Oikos to insure perfect adhesion to surfaces.
Methods of application
For a flawless application cycle in three coats using the special Inox steel trowel by Oikos:
- First and second hand: smoothing with Raffaello Decor Stucco by Oikos colored as indicated by the color chart, in order to obtain a completely smooth but not polished. Wait 6 ÷ 8 hours between coats for drying.
- Finish: proceed with the application of tinted RAPHAEL MADREPERLATO as indicated by the color chart; applying the product to notches spaced apart, thus obtaining a machining irregular. Proceed after a few minutes to a thin shaving total, smoothing and polishing the surface getting a shiny pearlescent function of polishing.
Finishes and protective
To protect and enhance the polishing apply after 6 to 8 hours Wax Stucco by Oikos. If instead you want greater impermeability and washability, apply after 4 to 5 days for Protective and Stucco Marmorino by Oikos.
