OTTOCENTO is a breathable coating that, thanks to the formulation based on resins in water dispersion and special metallic pigments, allows for very special decorative finishes from classic and contemporary design. The main feature of OTTOCENTO is to reproduce, based on the angle of the reflected light, an optical effect similar to that of velvet. A low odor, non-flammable, and environmentally friendly.

Wall decoration, interior furnishings.
Surface preparation
Clean the surface to be decorated removing any loose or flaking. In the case of old or chalking it is recommended to apply a coat of NEOFIX or CRILUX by OIKOS. In the presence of rough and uneven surfaces, smoothing with PASTE FOR WALLS by OIKOS.
Methods of application
Proceed with the preparation of the fund by applying a medium hair roller, one or two coats of SUPERCOLOR by OIKOS diluted 40% with drinkable water in the shade as recommended by Colour Card. When dry, after 4 ÷ 6 hours proceed to apply OTTOCENTO depending on the type of finish desired.
Effect ANTIQUE VELVET. Apply OTTOCENTO erratically with stainless steel trowel average up to cover the entire surface. Job prior to drying, wipe the spatula to get the product applied? Bitonal velvety effect desired. The drafting and processing of the product does not create problems of joins in as OTTOCENTO, crushed and smoothed with a trowel, compacts itself between one area and another.
Effect VERTICAL / DIAGONALE Apply OTTOCENTO bands vertical or diagonal with stainless steel trowel average up to cover the entire surface. Before drying, wipe the product applied following the same way used for the application to obtain the desired geometric effect. The drafting and processing of the product does not create problems of joins in as OTTOCENTO, crushed and smoothed with a trowel, compacts itself between one area and another.
Effect IMPERIAL / DAMASCUS. Apply with short hair roller two coats of OTTOCENTO diluted 50% with drinkable water leaving 6 ÷ 8 hours between coats; Once dry, create the decorative finish IMPERIAL Effect by dabbing the surface with BUFFER broadhead, or the effect DAMASCUS dabbing the surface with SEA SPONGE using in both cases the same color of SUPERCOLOR by OIKOS used as a base coat, diluted 70 ÷ 80 % with drinking water.
Effect UPHOLSTERY Apply with short hair roller two coats of OTTOCENTO diluted 50% with drinkable water leaving 6 ÷ 8 hours between coats; Once dry, create the desired decorative finish by applying, with the tool, the same color of SUPERCOLOR by OIKOS used as a base coat, diluted 70 ÷ 80% with drinkable water.
Effect SILK DELL'OTTOCENTO. To realize this finish is necessary to use as the bottom product Ultrasaten Opaque instead of Supercolor. Apply OTTOCENTO diluted to 20% with brush in an irregular manner to cover the entire surface. Job prior to drying, wipe the product applied by brush discharge machining to make it visible. This finish can also be obtained by adding to the effect starry OTTOCENTO additive Decorglitter.
Finishes and protective
To protect and washable OTTOCENTO, apply the special transparent protective varnish WATINS LUX or IGROLUX by Oikos. To achieve a finish with bright reflections can be mixed to the protective additive DECORGLITTER by Oikos.
