Description Enamel primer for galvanized sheets.

Classification (UNI 8681) B4. AOB1.B.AB finishing paint, in solution, single-component, with oxidizing chemical drying, semi-gloss, pigmented with active support, alkyd.

 

VOC Classification (Directive 2004/42 / EC) Paintings pack performance EU limit value for this product (Cat. A / i): 500g / L (2010). Noxidin Zetaenne contains maximum 500 g / L VOC.

 

Application cycle GALVANIZED NEW: Surfaces should be free from rust and perfectly degreased. Wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly or use thinner nitro or washing. Then apply one or more coats of Noxidin ZN giving to thin the first coat with a brush and spacing with light sanding.

 

GALVANIZED PAINTED: Remove any paint badly anchored and wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly. Remove any rust and apply two or more coats of Noxidin ZN diluted as recommended.

 

Practical advice Environmental and surface conditions: ambient temperature min. + 5 ° C / max. + 35 ° C; relative humidity: can be applied even in very humid environments; substrate temperature: min. + 5 ° C / max. + 35 ° C; dry surface.

 

Safety precautions Keep the tin tightly closed, in a cool place away from heat sources. Require labeling (DL # 52 of 02/03/97 and on ccessive modifications).
