Classification (UNI 8681) B2. AOB2.C.AB layer paint the bottom, in solution, single-component, with oxidizing chemical drying, matt, with inert pigmentation, alkyd.
VOC Classification (Directive 2004/42 / EC) Primer. EU limit value for this product (Cat. A / g): 350 g / L (2010). Lotary Matte Painting contains maximum 350 g / L VOC.
Application cycle NEW WOOD fill cracks with wood putty or depressions. Once hardened, sand and impregnate the wood with a brush coat of Lotary Matte Painting. After 6-12 hours sand and apply one or more coats of paint Lotary Matte diluted as recommended by spacing from sanding. Obtained the degree of filling sand with fine papers and apply two or more coats of enamel finish. PAINTED WOOD: If the existing paint is in bad condition remove with ns. strippers and proceed as on new wood. If not removed before the film of dirt by washing with water and detergent, rinse, sanding thoroughly, remove dust and apply a coat of Matte Painting Lotary as filler and anchor. Fine-sand and proceed with enamel finish. OTHER MATERIALS (masonite, chipboard, plaster and gypsum): behave as described above for wood.
Practical advice Policies? Ambient and surface conditions: ambient temperature min. + 5 ° C / max. + 35 ° C; relative humidity: can be applied even in very humid environments; substrate temperature: min. + 5 ° C / max. + 35 ° C; dry surface.
