Instructions for use.
Raw wood. Prepare the substrate with 150-grit sandpaper.Clean the surface of sanding dust. Apply 1-2 coats of Antitermite Preservative RA 3000 followed by 2-3 coats of the product.
Stained/impregnated wood. RS 80xx can be applied to wood treated with dyes and impregnants with low solid residue. Once the surface has been cleaned, it can be lightly sanded with sandpaper or scotch brite. Remove dust and apply 1-2 coats.
Painted wood. Sand with 80-150 grit paper and return the wood to its raw state. Clean up the surface. Apply 1-2 coats of RA 3000 Mothproofing Preservative and then 2-3 coats of product.

Maintenance
In artifacts that are highly exposed to weathering, it is sufficient to restore the surface by applying 1-2 coats of RS 80xx, after removing surface dirt. If the artifact is little exposed to the weather, touch-up and renewal operations will be less frequent.
